Somer DelSignore is a nationally board certified Pediatric NP and Lyme Literate provider. She is a brilliant and skilled practitioner whose interests and expertise lie in the care of children with complex chronic disorders, including those with Lyme disease and other tick-borne co-infections, and infectious triggered autoimmune brain inflammation, including PANS and PANDAS,
Somer received her BS from Queens University in Charlotte, NC and MS degree from The University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in pediatric critical care. She completed residencies at CHOP (Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia), Penn State Childrens in Hershey, PA and Childrens Medical Center in Dallas, TX.
Somer has over a decade of practice experience and extensive training in pediatric integrative medicine. She is committed to an integrative treatment approach of lyme afflicted patients. She studied under Dr. Richard Horowitz and is an active member of ILADS. Somer utilizes the latest medical science and technology to design a treatment regimen specific for the needs of her patients.

Somer is a native of North Carolina. She lives with her husband, two very active children and the family dog Riley.
