Take NY State Thruway NORTH/SOUTH (depending on which way you are coming from) to exit 19. After toll, take first RIGHT off of traffic circle.
Stay in right lane and make RIGHT onto 209 North (which becomes Rt. 199) to Kingston/ Rhinecliff Bridge.
Cross Bridge (toll bridge)
Turn RIGHT onto NY 9G South
Turn LEFT onto U.S. 9 N/Albany Post Rd
Turn LEFT onto Old Farm Rd
You will pass a bagel shop and a movie theater on the left.
Bock Integrative Medicine will be on your RIGHT – shortly after the theater.

Take Exit for Pine Plains/Red Hook – Route 199
